Why can't I see all of the article's content before I buy?

How do I buy content?

As you browse our catalog of existing website content or view unique articles submitted to your request, you can buy content by selecting the appropriate license type (Usage, Unique, or Full Rights) listed to the right of the article's summary and then clicking the Buy Now button. This places the Web content in your shopping cart which will be displayed immediately. From there, you can either continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping link or proceed to checkout by clicking the Checkout button. You can also save your order for later and remove cart items if you change your mind.

 

My shopping cart shows unpaid orders, but I don't see a way to enter my payment information?

Click the View Order link. This takes you to a page detailing the order. From there, click the Buy Now button. 

 

I see an Internet article I like, but I don't need it right away. Can I bookmark it?

We recently added a "wishlist" feature. Instead of clicking the Buy Now button, click the Add to Wishlist link. When you're ready to buy content, click My Wishlist under My Account and see all of the unique articles you have previously listed. When you're ready to buy website content listed in your wishlist, simply select the license you want to buy and click the Buy Now button.  

 

I have multiple orders saved, do I have to process them one-by-one?

No, you can merge your unpaid orders into one. To do this, go to View My Orders and click the Merge All Unpaid Orders button. This combines all unpaid orders into one. From there, click the View Order link and proceed to checkout.

 

I placed an order but I have not received any download information?

Our anti-fraud system requires time to validate a purchase. Please be patient as an automatic email with download instructions will be generated once the system completes its checks. If you believe too much time has elapsed, please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you have a return policy?
