Have you ever used hairspray on yourself while looking in the mirror? Have you noticed how it manages to stick to everything? Itīs on the mirror, the cabinet surface, maybe even on the wall. If not removed, this can cause a really sticky, ugly mess.

When you go to clean up, pour rubbing alcohol on a clean terry cloth or micro fiber cloth. Wipe down all the surfaces that have hair spray on them. You may have to repeat the process, but donīt worry. The alcohol is effective on glass, porcelain, ceramic, fiberglass, and on latex paints. Be gentle on the paint, though, as the scrubbing action may cause damage.
