It"s also possible when a divorce is filed which allow an income-challenged party to ask for costs and attorneys fees from the other party. You"ll have to share your financial information with the court and then the court may make an award if it"s clear your partner can afford to pay. There"s no guarantee, but it is one option to have your court case funded.
