Xbox marketing gurus are patting themselves on the back, as their campaign offering members of the public a chance to play live against rockstar legends, INXS, has pulled in the crowds.

So far, more than 20,000 people have signed up for a chance to play Halo 2 on Xbox Live head to head against band members of INXS on Tuesday January 17th. For INXS it will be a slightly unusual pause in the tour and they"ll be playing from Vancouver.
