Eventually, the baby calmed down. I finally get dinner on the table. My son decided he wasn"t going to eat because he had to save room for dessert.

My husband turned up his nose at the meal too. I guess I served one too many vegetables for this lot.

At least the dog liked it. She climbed up on the coffee table. Yes, we use a coffee table instead of a dining room table. We live in a 900 square foot condo. You try putting more furniture in it when your decorator is Geoffrey the Giraffe, the Toys R" Us spokes-animal.

Right now, I don"t know whether to laugh or cry or kill something. I vote for the last option, but that could get me arrested. I live in Texas and they have capital punishment. I wisely decide to rethink my options. I go with what"s behind door #1 and laugh maniacally.
