After getting degrees in Business and Economics in the 80's, Dan spent the bulk of the next thirty years working in and around the trades. As a carpenter, contractor and lumber yard manager he developed an intimate knowledge of many aspects of construction and now writes on those subjects.
He also writes on various areas of internet marketing, and due to spending some time in the world, has interests in a variety of other subjects, notably motorcycling as a lifestyle choice and sports.
