Derived from the French, Noya Desherbanté means 'drowned whilst weeding'. She uses her real name at Wikinut, where she is a moderator and has over 50 successful articles published.
Behind the pseudonym, she is a filmmaker, author and amateur archaeologist with a wide experience in subjects including (but not limited to) knitting and fibre crafts, television and film, keeping livestock, the county of Dorset and paranormal phenomena.
She is looking forward to making a series of short documentaries over the summer, before she embarks on a joint honours in Media Production and Archaeology at Winchester University.
