Caroline Sherwood was born in London and grew up in a theatrical family. She holds a BA in Drama from Bristol University.
Caroline is a freelance writer, with work published in a variety of magazines, including The Lady, Fresh Produce Journal, Your Cat and Green Parent. She writes a monthly dance feature for Somerset Life.
For many years Caroline also taught (and wrote about) personal spirituality, meditation and Tibetan Yoga.
Caroline has two books to her name: one is a meditation book for children and the other a naming dictionary with-a-difference (it indexes first names under meanings).
