Lisa Miller-Howard is the PubMed Central Manager for the Impact Journals family of medical research journals (Oncotarget, Aging, Oncoscience, and Genes and Cancer). Lisa has provided acquisitions, project management, editing, proofreading, peer-review, and fact-checking services on a combination of over 10,000 medical research articles, 200 eBooks, 80+ print volumes. Previously, Lisa was a Series Editor on three scholarly journals: Catwalk; Monsters and the Monstrous; and Sports: Probing the Boundaries. Lisa also owns a wedding venue, a book and game store, a Renaissance Festival, and is an avid gardener, prepper, quilter, and costume designer.
