Writer Biography
S.D. Holloway lives in the Arkansas Delta region. She has been writing professionally in some capacity for the last 15 years. Some of her work can be found sprinkled across the internet or in the archives of the local newspaper. In addition to articles, she wrote fiction in the romance genre for 10 years. Over the last 12 years, Holloway has worked with homeschool families, taught public school and is currently teaching pre-GED classes in a local prison.
As the mother of three children, one of which is autistic, Holloway draws on experience as well as a great deal of research to craft informative parenting articles.
Ms. Holloway can research anything under the sun. Her particular interests are child development, homeschool and education topics and health. Holloway holds a BS in Education, an MAT in Early Childhood Education and is working toward an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction. She has studied history and anthropology and psychology as well.
