John DeCostanza has owned and operated an auto service facility for nearly 40 years. He is ASE certified as an auto parts specialist and a service consultant. He has a BA degree in English from the University of Delaware and has written on a freelance basis since the mid 1980's. His work has appeared in "Newsweek".
