Jennifer Long graduated from The Ohio State University in June 2011 with her bachelor's degree in psychology. Throughout her college career, she took English courses, worked as a freelance writer, and assisted other students in writing papers.
She is currently employed by the YMCA of Central Ohio, where she works in an after-school program for elementary students. She leads the children in fitness activities; teaches them about the importance of proper nutrition; engages them in activities designed to strengthen their skills in language, art, and social studies; and provides tutoring as needed. She is also attending graduate school at OSU, in pursuit of a master's degree in social work.
She maintains a strong interest in writing and does freelance work to supplement her income. Her writing interests include health & fitness, career development, personal finance, college education, and mental health issues.
