In real life he has been a stock broker, stock analyst, insurance agent, tree cutter, busboy, dishwasher, poker player, teacher and freelance writer, with published travel writing, poetry, and blog content. He has lived in Argentina and Chile for three years and traveled from Mexico to Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay.
