Spend a day with Misti in her office and you'll quickly learn she's a bit of a perfectionist and OCD writer. Her biggest obsession is the time she spends editing her own writing. Some may say she's obsessive-compulsive when it comes to making sure her writing is perfect before it reaches readers' eyes.

Another interesting fact about Misti is unlike some writers, negative criticism doesn't bother her. Although she strives to ensure whatever she writes gets positive feedback, honesty from her clients and readers helps her improve. Though the negative feedback is embarrassing, she says, "I learn from it, and it gets me fired up to make certain my next article, blog post, story or novel is better."

Misti has been in the writing business since 1999. During that time, she's written and published over 150 articles in various digital and print publications. She's also the founder and editor of LivingFrugally.info.
