I was hired by Gibson Greeting Cards at age 17 as a freelance trainee. I've continued working as a freelance writer in this field for over 30 years.
I have sales to or projects with: Gibson, MorningStar Publications, Dayspring, Warner Press, Currents, Broderbund Software (authored 25 of their text-included greeting cards in their first Print Shop Deluxe with greeting card capabilities), Rockshots, Paramount, Drawing Board, Brandywine Art, Ltd., Snafu Designs, West Graphics, Oatmeal Studios, Gallant Greetings and Argus.
I now write traditional rhymed and unrhymed verse for Gallant Greetings and have been accepted as a freelancer for DaySpring Cards, now owned by Hallmark. I am the webmaster for www.spicerslake.com, and a regular paid contributor to www.associatedcontent.com, and www.eHow.com.
