Whisp is an English woman who lives in the United States with her husband and two mad Springer Spaniel dogs. She was born and raised in South Shields, a gloomy coastal town in the north of England. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies in 1998. In 2001 Whisp moved to Athens, Greece where she taught English for four years. In 2005 she met her husband. She now lives in the state of Maryland, where she works as a freelance writer. Her hobbies include reading, watching movies, discussing politics and current affairs, cooking, gardening, hiking through the woods, swimming, comedy and playing with her dogs.
